- Cream 2 glasses
- Cooked ham 150 in one slice
- Speck 150 g in one slice
- Recioto di Soave 1 glass
- Tagliolini 400 g
Boil the noodles in boiling water. Cut the bacon and ham into thin strips and brown them in a little oil, so that they just brown, then add the wine and let it evaporate on a low flame.
Then add the cream, lower the heat and continue to cook, stirring frequently, for about 10 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste. Drain the tagliolini al dente and pan-fry them with the sauce, finishing with a sprinkling of Parmesan and a sprinkling of parsley.
