Tarallucci al vino are sweet, crumbly and tasty biscuits ideal to accompany our Recioto di Soave “Tre Colli” after dinner or to enjoy on their own during the day.
QUANTITY FOR 36 TARALLUCCI
- 00 flour300 g
- white wine 90 g
- sunflower oil 70 g
- caster sugar 60 g plus sugar for coating
- baking powder 4 g
HOW TO MAKE TARALLUCCI AL VINO
To prepare the tarallucci al vino, mix the oil, wine and sugar in a bowl. Add the flour and yeast and knead roughly.
Move to a pastry board and compact the dough well until you have a nice soft dough. Divide the dough into pieces and cut into strings about 10 cm long. Fold the strings together to make a doughnut.
Dip each taralluccio in caster sugar. Place the tarallucci on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20-25 minutes. Allow the wine tarallucci to cool before storing or eating.
