GRISELA | February 2026

Reintroducing in 2026 GRISELA | Our Heritage, Refined for the Future

Our beloved GRISELA returns for 2026 with a thoughtful evolution – honoring our roots while stepping confidently into the future.

With Nicola comes fresh inspiration and renewed commitment to the family traditions that define us. He represents the next chapters of Grisela – a living reflection of the ash-blonde spirit that binds our family and symbolizes continuity and authenticity.

GRISELA has always been the backbone of our winery. The wine that expresses who we are.

Sustainability, Backed by Science

For us, sustainability isn’t marketing – it’s measurable responsibility.

Our vineyard practices are guided by proven environmental principles:

  • Cover crops improve soil organic matter, increase biodiversity, and reduce erosion.
  • Targeted irrigation management reduces water use while maintaining grape quality.
  • Soil health monitoring supports carbon sequestration and long-term vine resilience.
  • Energy-conscious production lowers overall carbon footprint.

Healthy soils produce balanced vines. Balanced vines produce expressive wines. The science is clear: resilient ecosystems create better fruit – and better wine.

Every bottle of Grisela reflects careful stewardship from vine to cellar.

The new GRISELA label celebrates our heritage while embracing innovation. It is both tribute and promise – the foundation of our winery and the future of our family story.

Vinification

  • The peculiarity of Grisela lies in its production path and respect for the territory: a well-balanced wine, from 100% Garganega grapes, which draws its typicality from the hilly vineyards of the Soave Classico area of Monteforte d’Alpone.
  • The hand-picked grapes in plastic crates are de-stemmed and transformed into must by soft pressing. The must is then fermented at a controlled temperature of 15 °, maintaining the utmost respect for the primary aromas of Garganega.
  • The long stay on the fine fermentation lees makes it possible to reduce the quantity of sulfur dioxide to be added to the wine. How? With batonnage. With this procedure, the fine lees that had deposited on the bottom of the tank are put back in suspension in the wine, thus favoring the extraction of glutathione: one of the strongest antioxidants present in nature.
  • We therefore obtain a more complex, persistent and harmonious wine, with a beautiful balance between aromas and taste.
  • A wine that respects and preserves the typicality of the production of our hills of Monteforte, the heart of the Soave Classico.

Tasting Notes

Grisela, with its brilliant straw yellow, is the backbone of the winery’s production; characterized by an intense aroma of apple and wild flowers, elderberry and chamomile, elegant and very fragrant.

Fresh on the palate, with citrus, sapid and mineral notes, dry and decisive; nice persistence that closeson a classic note of bitter almond. Admirable synthesis between pleasantness and complexity for the ability to photograph and faithfully reproduce the characteristics of the vine and the area.
