We would also like to thank Silvio de Rossi of <strong>Stylology<\/strong> for the photos.<\/p>\n<p>Three wines particularly impressed us: the first was an unexpected and welcome surprise that amazed us with its incredibly fine bubbles. Sometimes we like to try non-Italian wines, and our French friend Alizee, who was at the tasting, knows this all too well! <strong>Frerejean Fr\u00e8res<\/strong> Champagne is a product we hadn&#8217;t tried before, and it&#8217;s definitely worth recommending.<br \/>\nA <strong>#brilliant<\/strong> wine characterized by an intense aroma of baked apple and cinnamon, thanks to the inclusion of 20% Pinot Meunier grapes.<\/p>\n<p>We then tasted the Soave Grisela from the  <strong>T.E.S.S.A.R.I Winery<\/strong>, a member company of the  <strong>Italian Federation of Independent Winemakers<\/strong>  which we already know well (try their excellent classic Soave  <strong>DOC Garganega Bine Longhe<\/strong>  in our  <strong>Wine Box #intense<\/strong>  \u2013 Highly recommended!).
