A few days ago, we began selecting the grapes to be used in the production of Recioto di Soave Tre Colli.

The grapes are harvested using small crates in which the clusters are gently laid out in a single layer. The selection is made exclusively by Antonio, Germano, Aldo, and Bianca in the vineyards of the Magnavacche, Costalta, and Castellaro hills.

We’ll be busy with the grapes for the Recioto all week, and then we’ll let them rest until February.
