Thanksgiving is a great excuse to get together, enjoy some good food, and give thanks for everything that makes our lives special: friends, family, and spending time together—without having to worry about Christmas gifts.
In honor of this American holiday, we’re dedicating this week’s recipe to its undisputed star: the stuffed turkey. This is certainly not an easy recipe to recreate, but for the brave souls who manage to pull it off, we recommend a nice glass of Bine Longhe (or even two!) as a reward.
