The current layout of the vineyards is the result of the work of Germano Tessari, who proposed a series of innovations in vineyard management to improve the quality and health of the vines.

With a focus on quality and the optimal use of resources, we have opted for a drip irrigation system over traditional sprinkler or flood irrigation methods, which are more wasteful and expose the plants and grapes to potential risks of rot and fungal diseases due to excessive moisture.
